My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet and clean, but we had issues with the temperature that required multiple calls to reception. Despite being near the lift, the room was very comfortable at night. The service was a bit noisy at times, but overall, the staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was convenient for our needs, with friendly and helpful staff at the bar and during breakfast, even offering easy access to wildlife areas along the Wandle.
